Default New 2010 owner w/stereo problem

Hello Camry owners. I bought a 2010 Camry XLE with premium stereo two months ago. Loved the sound of my JBL. I get in my car yesterday, turn on my music and it was like all the sound was coming from the front speakers. I noticed it immediately. I found the only way to equal out the sound with the rear speakers is to fade towards the rear at a level four. I'm really disappointed as I'm in love with my new ride. I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem before. Could it be the amp if the front speakers sound fine? I'd truly appreciate any and all feedback.

Rob

Thanks for the response full house. The dealership told me every thing looks and sounds fine to them. My ears tell me something different. When I contacted JBL they referred me back to the dealership saying " we are not able to support these products being that they are made by the O.E.M. division". I won't be going back, one trip to this dealership is quite enough for me. I guess Toyota makes the stereo (to JBL's specs?) and slaps a JBL sticker on the unit. I thought I'd be upgrading the system after a year or two but I'm thinking it will be quite a bit sooner.

you have a new car with warranty. try to listen to another car system at the dealer. if you feel there is a difference between your car and another than you need to inform the dealer that you are not satisfied. a dealer does not care about warranty issues. they want to fix the problem and get the customer out of their building. is it your head unit, outboard amp if there is one or speakers? you say something has changed, the dealer says nothing is wrong. who is right?
