Default obnoxious problem

okay so sometimes i like to take my cam into some of the higher RPM's and have noticed one thing out of the ordinary with this. Starting at about 4000rpm the engine begins to make a high-pitched noise almost like squeaking brakes. I dont know but it think this is bad. Another thing, could thios have anything to do with my laziness to not but a high-flow oxygen sensor for my cold air intake system?
?

You can have too bright of lights on your car. It varies state to state but generally anything brighter than 65W is considered "off road" use only. KC Daylighters come to mine which are 100-120W each, and yes, you will get a hefty ticket when you blind a cop with something like that.

Most fog lights are 55W. It's more than enough light and very legal.
