How to get to area under ashtray?

How to get to area under ashtray?
I have an 05 LE.
I have neon lights under the dash on the driver and passenger side. I have the switches on the dash panel near the colum on the driver side. I want to move the switches to the ashtray in the the center stack. How do I remove those peices under the hvac to get to it?
