I just bought a replacement tail light for my 97 Camry XLE but have no instructions on how to remove the old tail light and install the new one. If anyone can help withwith this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Typically the light assy has studs that are bolted with nuts from inside the trunk. Remove the trunk liner and take a look.

 

which bulb? High mount or regular tail lights? The regular tail lights require you to remove the hard plastic and felt trunk liner for you to get to it.
