Default idle issues 94 camry?

my girlfriend has a 94 camry and when at idle at a red light it rumbles pretty bad some times... it has been starting to stall occasionally (3 times this evening) tried some fuel injector cleaner.. no difference.. tried some water remover for the tank as well.. no difference... im out of ideas and wondering if anyone had any suggestions.. have to put it in neutral at redlights so it doesnt do it and stall out

thanks for any help

Pickup a spray can of throttle body cleaner. Make sure it is 02 sensor, CAT converter and plastic safe (the valve is made of plastic),

Remove the large air intake hose connected to the throttle body. Once off look into the throat at the bottom you should see a rectangle hole, this is the air intake for the valve. With engine running at around 2-3K RPM spray the cleaning into the hole a little at a time. To much and the engine will die.

If throttle body and plate is black with grim spray around this area to remove it.

Again don't spray in too much at one time or the engine will die.
