I have a 2002 Camry, I wanted to know what size speakers would fit my front driver and passenger side speakers.

hey man i have a 92 camry and my door speaker (compnents) are 6 1/2 and my deck speakers are 6x9 but if u go to bestbuy.com it should tell u the size

 

My camry has 7" in the front doors and 6x9's in the back.At walmart the radio displays should tell you,they have a touch screen computer one most of them.

That's helpful, I have to replace my front speakers, they've bit the dust after 8 years.

 

ive replaced my rear 6x9's with some pioneer 3ways.
i havent gotten my front speakers yet... i plan on buying some component speakers w/tweets.
pioneer of course....dunno why, but i seem to trust pioneer brand audio.

 

Everyone has a brand they prefer, I like polk stuff personally.

Does anyone have a way to get at the front door speakers without ripping the whole door apart?

 

Hahah!.. NOPE! and das for damn sure! ... i run polk audio in both my camrys and you will need to do some shaving on the door portion because polk audio's speakers be it 6.5's or 6.9's... the magnets are gigantors. hehehe! good luck!

 

you can buy an adapter to make the speakers sit right in the doors. i found mine on ebay. I run all vifa and pierless speakers from denmark and i can promise you the magnets are bigger than polk.

 

We don't really really need to get into a pissin' contest here do we? hehehehe I'm gettin' ready to finish my motor swap and already have the subs installed with one of my fosgate amps in there. Plannin' on upgradin' next paycheck with another amp and all new speakers and replacin' the stock tweeters (it's an xle). How do you feel about your Denmark's Mike? Curious..aren't you also on celicasupra.com? the name looks familiar
