I have just purchased a '07 Camry SE V6 with the B package. What portion of the seats are actual leather and what portion are plastic. I was under the impression that just the center portion is leather(perforated part) and the outside trim is vinyl. I like to treat the vinyl portion with Mother's protectant and I also have leather cleaner and conditioner and would like to know what to use where.

I think the whole thing is leather. I'm not 100$ sure tho, however, you test if its genuine leather by pressing it with your finger, if you'll see wrinkles from pressing then its genuine leather.
