it freakin sucks. like i was pulling out of my school parking lot onto a road and i was barely driving down for 15 seconds when he pulled me over. apparently i was going 41 in a 25 mph school zone

what should i do? fight or give in?

how much will my ticket be?

and what about insurance?
im 15 years old and i only have my provisional

i was driving my sister and my 2 friends home today which is illegal for a provisional license but i dont think the officer noticed that. he only cited me for reckless driving

There is not mush you can do about it. Nut it is going to hurt you in the long run. Getting a ticket for Reckless driving exspecially when all you have is a provisional lisense is going to hurt insurance prices.

 

you're pretty much going to loose if you contest in court. you could attempt to fight, and if the officer does not show up in court then i guess you'll be able to get a way with it with just a slap on the wrist.

this is going to be very costly and you should definately take traffic school.

im 19 and i just got my 2nd speeding ticket. let me just tell you, teen to teen that you do need to just follow the law. Its REALLY hard but when you get older and are on ur own, you can do as you please, but for now, play it smart or just loose ur license for a very long time.

and yes i am taking my own advice, especially after this last $332 ticket. -_-

lol. my permit got revoked til i was 18 and i got it when i was 15 1/2. i still drove.

 

Id personally just give in ..Take the ticket pay it and go to the driving school. Ive had my fair share of tickets. 2 200$ tickets amounting 400$ in less than a month slowwed me down real quick. Speed kills bottom line. Just speed more safely is my advice. I still speed but in moderation. 10-15MPH no biggie..Usually everyone else on the road is doing the same . Atleast in the city where i live. Anything over 20mph is considered wreckless driving and in some states considered attempted manslaughter. Yea believe that crap? 15 you still belong driving under the speed limit to say the least.. Your afterall still a baby to driving. Youd be lucky if they dont catch it. The cop must have over looked it or thought maybe someone else in the car was of age for you to be driving. Im sure if its caught youll be looking at a suspended lic for atleast a year if not till your 18.Good luck and slow down gas is high enough!
