ok i get my Tax money back soon so im thinking about the engine abit but what i would like is better accereration out of the camry its a 2ltr 4cyl the engine is a 3sfe

i have already put a custom sports exhaust with geni extractorson, changed the filter to a K&n Panel filter and customized the stock box, put top gun spiral wire 8.8mm leads and splitfire triple platinum spark plugs inher

and thats all i have doen to theengine part of the car but i really want heaps more acceleration then i got now im not too worryed about top speed but i want to be able to beat people mostly off the mark in the accelerationarea
my total money i will have to spent will be approx $1000 bucks i dont want turbo beacuse it will cost too much for insurance and its an instant cop magnet so please some ideas will be greatly appreciated
