I am looking for a 1999 4 cyl 2.2L rebuilt camry engine ASAP. The one in my sister's car blew and we're in a hurry to get one here! Any one with any advice (Or that has one) please please let me know!

You should do a little research on why it went there is a recall on some engines due to an oil sludge problem i would take a look and see if her engine going relates to this maybe you can get it replaced by the dealer for free.

I believe our mechanic mentioned something about lifters and valves (I wasn't there for the conversation and am hearing it from my mom who knows nada about cars). I'm a bit of a newb at knowing where to go to research if this is something that may be covered. Any suggestions?
